MaxFm Compliance

To ensure MaxFm 107.3 complies with the Broadcasting Standards Act 2000 we are obliged to disclose any commercial agreements MaxFm presenters may have.

Staff employed by MaxFm 107.3 (Manning Valley Max the Heat Pty Ltd) have no Commercial Agreements in place.

Some programs on MaxFm 107.3 are relayed from New FM 105.3. A register of any agreements these presenters may have can be viewed by visiting the New FM website.

MaxFm Local Content Compliance

Radio MaxFm complies with the Australian Communications and Media Authority Broadcasting Service Act (material of local significance - notice).
